Discover AZGeo Data Hub: One Stop Shop for Arizona Spatial Data
If you need authoritative state or county level spatial data for Arizona, look no further than the AZGeo Hub, the recently revamped data portal from the Arizona Geographic Information Council. At this orientation session, led by Kasey Green, AZGeo Data Curation Coordinator & Jenna Leveille, Deputy State Cartographer - Arizona State Lands, you will learn the in's and out's of how best to access data and make use of many of the features in this platform. They will also cover important topics like: "What does 'authoritative' data mean?" and "How do I decide if this is the appropriate data set for my project?" "What is metadata and why should I care about it?"
Even if you have used AZGEO Hub before, you should attend - you'll probably learn something you didn't know that AZGEO Hub could do.
