Use the search bar on this page to view Learning Studio availability. Please note, only library faculty and staff are able to reserve a Learning Studio through this site. All others campus partners can request to use a Learning Studio through our library's room request form.
Learning Studio/Instructional spaces at the library are available on a first-come first-served basis. Priority of library rooms and spaces is given to library affairs and instruction, and we reserve the right to move groups to alternative library spaces in the event of conflicts.
- All library space users are responsible for their event's setup, take down and cleanup.
- Return any tables and chairs moved to their original location (the room's original layout can be located on the door)
- Take a "leave no trace" approach to room use and ensure all attendees clean up any trash, take their belongings etc.
- Reservations automatically include 15 minutes of padding time before and after your session for setup and cleanup (provided your times do not extend outside library hours of operation)
- Return any events laptops used for instruction back into their designated COW (cart on wheels).
- Failure to follow library space policies will result in an inability ro reserve future rooms within the library.
(Library Instructors: Please note that reserving a Learning Studio through this site will only place a temporary hold on the space. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours.)
