Rewriting Wikipedia: Latinx Heritage Month
Anyone can be a Wikipedian!
Join us online for a hands-on virtual workshop and rewrite of Wikipedia. Together, we will celebrate Latinx Heritage Month and edit Wikipedia pages concerning Latinx history, culture and people. Our collective goal is to improve coverage and encourage diverse editorship. The event will include tutorials for the beginner Wikipedian, lightning talks and collaborative group editing. No prior experience necessary; beginners and experienced Wikipedians are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
