CANCELLED! Tools for Digital Scholarship : Hathi Trust Research Center

This event has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a future date. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Join CATalyst Studio and the Public History Collaborative’s Tools for Digital Scholarship series for Spring 2020. The second workshop in the series is on Hathi Trust Research Center which provides computational analysis of the HathiTrust Digital Library a large digital repository. The workshop will be an introduction to text mining concepts and some basic tools for getting started with text analysis.

We are offering three “lunch & learn” 1-hour workshops on the 1st Wednesday of each month (February, March & April) from 12:30-1:30pm. You will be introduced to tools that can enhance your digital scholarship. The workshops are free and open to the public. (No identification is required to enter the library or for the workshop.) Free parking vouchers are available for non-U of A visitors. Closest parking garage is the Cherry Avenue Garage. Bring your parking ticket to the workshop and we will give you a parking voucher. We also welcome your suggestions for future workshops.
