Spatial Data Wrangling and Visualization Using QGIS

If you are curious about what Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is all about and want a quick introduction about the basic functionality of of the open-sourced GIS software QGIS, this workshop will teach you how to create a GIS related project, load and explore spatial data, and perform basic data wrangling tasks.

This session will be offered in the Data Studios of the Main Library.

This workshop in an interactive workshop and requires a laptop computer and QGIS software to be loaded before the workshop starts. Please note that QGIS will run on Windows and Apple computers.
