Data in Libraries Lunch & Learn: Focus on Access Services

We use data in lots of different ways in the libraries, but what does that look like in practice? John Miller-Wells from Access Services will give a 20 minute overview around his role and some ways they collect and use data in his job, with space for Q&A after his presentation.

In his overview, John will highlight the use of analytics for optimizing library services, integrating user demographics, and leveraging AI for predictive capabilities, showcasing how data informs strategic decision-making and enhances user experience.

This presentation will take place virtually on Zoom (in hopes of making it possible to listen in from wherever you may be). Please register in advance to get the zoom link!
