Making heatmaps in R with ggplot
Heatmaps are a great way of displaying three-dimensional data in only two dimensions. But how can we easily translate tabular data into a format for heatmap plotting? In this workshop we will take advantage of useful data wrangling tools and the data visualization package ggplot2.
This session will be offered in the Data Studios of the Main Library.
To get the most out of this workshop, participants should bring a laptop with R and RStudio installed.
