DS2F: Editing Data Visualizations Using Inkscape

Participants in this workshop with Mario Trejo will learn how to use Inkscape tools to edit titles, legends, axes and highlight areas of a plot.  This workshop is designed for individuals who frequently develop data visualizations using statistical software, but do not necessarily have the coding background to make extensive edits. The workshop will focus on editing output graphics from R and SAS statistical software.

Mario Trejo is a PhD student in the epidemiology program, who earned his BS in biological sciences with a human biology emphasis from the University of California, Merced. His current research includes genome wide association studies for genetic variants associated with colorectal adenoma recurrence, and the impact of HIV on cervical cancer progression among patients in Lusaka, Zambia.
